Terms of Entry
It is a condition of entry by AJP Amusements Limited – that these Terms and Conditions of Entry have been understood, accepted and are adhered to – failure to do so may result in non-admission or ejection from the Inflatable Theme Park, refunds will not be given if the terms and conditions have been broken.
AJP Amusements Limited is proud of the very high health and safety standards it follows and wants every child to have a fantastic and safe time whilst playing on the myriad of rides available to use.
To ensure that every child is safe there are rules that we insist on, to protect them and other users, these rules are part of our Terms and Conditions and must be strictly followed.
The following terms and conditions must be adhered to at all times, whilst on the AJP’s Inflatable Theme Park grounds for every child’s safety:
- Children must not somersault, on any of the slides or rides.
- Children must come down the slide feet first, not head first.
- If using the Giant K2 Slide, a sack must be used at all times – please note: the child must be as tall as the metal safety fence, to use this ride.
- No child must push another child, whilst using any of the rides.
- All children must have a carer or parents supervising their safety and behaviour at all times. Children must not be left without supervision.
- Wristbands must not be taken off or exchanged with another child, they must be visible for the staffing team to see easily.
- No adult, for any reason can go any ride, if a child needs help, it is essential to ask a member of the staff to get the child off the ride, as serious damage could be caused if an adult was to hurt or injure another child or even fall and hurt themselves. We will not be responsible for any adult or the consequences that could happen if any adult disobeys this rule, we will ask the adult to leave the ground, if they are caught on any ride, to protect children’s safety.
- Our rides are for toddlers to teenagers up to 14 years old.
Entry prices are charged in accordance with those displayed at the point of entry, or the website and will be charged per person, under 14 years old.
Please ensure that you obey the safety regulations and signage displayed throughout the Theme Park.
AJP Amusements Limited excludes to the maximum amount permitted by law, any liability for loss, injury or damage to person/property in or around the Theme Park.
AJP Amusements Limited accepts no responsibility for damage to persons or property. Under no circumstance will AJP Amusements Limited accept responsibility for damage caused to any vehicle, entering or exiting the grounds.
Once you have paid to enter AJP Amusements Limited Theme Park, refunds will not be considered, if the wrist-band offer has been purchased.
AJP Amusements Limited reserves the right to amend and/or alter the conditions of issue associated with the entrance to AJP’s Theme Park without any prior notification.
It must be understood that for operational, technical, weather-related or other reasons beyond our control, any attraction may have to be closed, removed, altered in type or otherwise be unavailable at any time, without prior notice.
If at any time a guest’s standard of behaviour falls below that expected by AJP Amusements Theme Park, the individual may be asked to leave the Park and no refunds will be considered concerning any purchase that may have been made; whilst not an exhaustive list, this would include an admission charge and wristbands/ride tickets.
AJP Amusements Limited will not under any circumstances tolerate threatening or abusive behaviour, towards any member of staff or fellow guest.
Please note: that inside the fenced area, within the Theme Park, it is designated as a no-smoking area; this is for the comfort and safety of all our guests. Please ensure compliance at all times.
Only child friendly and safe dogs are allowed on the site, at all times any dog must be on a lead and be under the control of an adult, who is over 18 years old. Any mess must be cleared up immediately and the bag disposed of, in one of the refuse bins, throughout the Theme Park.

Booking Tickets Online
Every effort is made to maintain your confidentiality when securing an online payment.
This includes the confidentiality of your card details and other personal information.
The information contained on our website and booking system is believed to be correct. However, we are unable to accept responsibility for any errors or omissions and reserve the right to amend any part of it if such alterations are thought necessary.
In particular, we reserve the right to change our prices without prior notice provided that such changes are notified to you before you book your visit.
Booking tickets online is an ideal way to save money on admission, ride wristbands or special events.
Please note the following constraints for the purchase of online tickets. By purchasing online tickets you will be required to understand and agree to these terms and conditions.
A short time after your order has been processed, you will receive a link via email allowing you to download your ticket. This ticket must be brought with you on the day of your visit.
To ensure you receive your downloadable ticket in time, we strongly recommend ordering your tickets at least 24-hours before you plan to visit.
We will not be responsible for tickets not arriving on time if they are ordered less than 24 hours in advance.
All tickets purchased online are valid for one occasion, are non-refundable and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
Open-dated tickets can be used on any open day during the season, for which they are purchased.
Date-specific admission tickets or event tickets are only valid for the date shown.
Full details of the validity will be shown on the ticket. If you do not use your ticket within the valid period, we are unable to offer any refund or compensation.
Concession tickets must show a valid ID on the day of the visit. We will admit one carer who is a sibling or friend, free of charge, when a guest with disabilities purchases a full-price child ticket to help look after the child with disabilities. Please bring proof of blue badge, PIP or DLA on the day of your visit.
Frequently Asked Questions
- We welcome all children and will try and help children with limited abilities, use some of the more suitable rides, we encourage siblings or friends who are 14 years old or under, to help the child enjoy their day out by not charging the child with a disability.
- Parking is available subject to the space available. Please note that AJP Amusements Limited cannot be held responsible for any damage to their vehicle, or if it gets stuck in a muddy field. We do not currently charge for parking. Please park sensibly and in line with the car parking set out by the company.
- AJP’s Inflatable Theme Park opens at 10.00 am and closes at 17.00 pm.
- We recommend that all children take a long-sleeved tee-shirt and long trousers with them, to avoid friction burns when coming down the slides. This is especially important when riding on AJP’s Giant Slide.
- Please note a provided sack must be used for this ride.
- Unfortunately for safety reasons, AJP’s has to close on days when the weather forecast is not suitable for opening. We usually make this decision around an hour before opening, so please see the website to get the latest information.
- Well behaved, child friendly dogs are welcome that don’t bark. The pet must be on the lead at all times and any mess must be cleared up immediately and the bag must be put in one of the rubbish bins, available throughout the Inflatable Theme Park.
- AJP’s have first aid trained members of staff on the ground, to deal with minor issues, naturally we will help will any problem that we can, there is a lost child sign and the staff have walkie talkies that can quickly help if a child is lost. We even have special plasters for minor grazes.
- We will usually have hot food available on site, which can be paid for by card or cash.
- The sweets catering trailer, serves tea and coffee and tradition sweets and treats and of course candy floss.
- Don’t forget that you must take your shoes off to go on all the rides but don’t forget to leave them behind, every day we get lots of clothes left behind and even some shoes !

- Please make sure you keep all your possessions with you at all times, as AJP Amusements Limited, cannot be held responsible for any loss or theft.
Minimum Height
The Giant K2 Slide has a Minimum Height requirement – the child must be as high as the safety fencing in front of the ride.
Smaller children that meet this criteria should be helped up the steep stairs, by an older sibling or friend, wherever possible.
